Guest guest
Hi everyone involved in the " pre-mix or not to pre-mix " debate. This is what the nutritionist said to me. " I have never heard that, if that was a fact all premade protein shakes would be deteriorating on the shelf. " I trust this woman-she has been on the money with everything so far, so folks...I will continue to pre-mix (and enjoy the convenience) unless I find something published that is more convincing. The thought of pre-mixing days in advance doesn't appeal to me though....just overnight at most. Have a great day! Guest guest
I just ordered some from unjury.com I havn't gotten it yet, but they have samples you can order. I got some unflavored, chocolate and strawberry. 5 samples plus shipping was almost $12.00. I figured I was better off trying the samples first, instead of buying a big container and then not liking it. ~Tanja Surgery 7-26-
