Guest guest
I rotate garlic with some other natural antifungals. I either swallow a garlic oil perle (I think Solgar is the brand I have), or I mince a clove of raw garlic and slide it into a couple of gelatin capsules (I don't care for the taste, so this helps). Either way, I swallow it right before I take my first bite of dinner. Never had a problem with the garlic bothering me this way. Or is it generally a bad idea with bleeding? The further down the colon the bleeding is, the less this is a problem - so it depends on where your ulcerations are. >> When I am cutting garlic and get some on a cut it stings, and my thought is that I don't want that happening inside my body. I love garlic, eat it in every state all the time, added it back in very early, have never had a problem with it. But, you can't generalize from other's reactions, though you may get some idea. Every reaction is individual. Mara
