Re: cake glaze

Someone posted a recipe with coconut butter and butter but I'm not sure which list or who posted it.  Maybe if someone can post it, you could add vanilla, serve warm and it would work.  It hardens as it cools (coconut butter) but it is soooo good.  Reminds me a lot of powdered sugar and warm butter.

Anyone have any ideas for a cake " glaze " similar to one that would be made w/conf. sugar, water and vanilla but that is legal??

I sometimes make a glaze using equal parts coconut oil, honey

and cocoa butter, with a little vanilla. If you don’t have cocoa butter

you could use the coconut butter as suggested below. I’d say experiment!
