I went into GNC and bought an Odyssey Protein Bar. I tasted it and

it does taste like a Detour Protein Bar.

Odyssey

cal 290

fat 9g

saturated fat 5g

cholesterol <5mg

sodium 290mg

potassium 200mg

total carbs 29g*

dietary fiber 3g

sugars 3g

sugar alcohol 22g

protein 30g

*net carbs 4g

At GNC it's about $.20 less than Detour bars.

Detour

cal 310

fat 10g

saturated fat 4g

cholesterol 40mg

sodium 480mg

potassium 150mg

total carbs 25g

dietary fiber 3g

sugars 12g

protein 30g

*net carbs - not sure because it doesn't break out the carbs, but i

know in the small detour bars (that you can get at target) there is

7g of net card (it says on the package).

I would be careful with the sugar alcohol. I think that it acts the same

way or very similar in our system that regular sugar does.
