You could try just cooking them down then straining them. Debbie 40 cd Hi everyone,I want to try blueberries, but I am not sure what the best way to got about it is. Have you all actually peeled them pre-cooking? I thought if I cooked them, the skins might sort of come off, and I could either pick them out or, if the rest all melts down with lots of pureeing.
