Yes, I've read that too. In more than one place. But as I recall, the

calories were REALLY restricted -- something like 600 to 900 a

day................

And I always wonder, just how many extra months or years are these

researchers (about anything) talking? Sometimes it's less than a year or just 1

or 2

years. Find myself wondering if an extra year or 2 is worth a lifetime of

denying oneself THAT strictly.
