I ate it all the time and it kept me form snacking on other stuff and it

settled well. I know snacking in general is not good, whether it be popcorn or

whatever, but I do so I choose popcorn...

Hi Crystal,

First, you are 6.5 months and still in your window of opportunity.

You can stretch your pouch at this point and it will cause you to

feel full easily. You should read pouch rules to understand how your

pouch works so you will use it to your best advantage to lose as much

weight as possible before your pouch stretches out and weight loss stops.

Now, the note from Robin was important for what it didn't say. Look

at her stats. She is at the end of her window of opportunity and she

can eat all sorts of things that you shouldn't eat yet. It doesn't

matter if her pouch stretches at this point. She is at a different

stage in her use of her pouch than you are.

Please copy the pouch rules for dummies on this site. Go to the

lefthand column under Files and about 8 items down you will find

" Pouch Rules for Dummies " . Copy it and learn it.

Let us know how you are feeling about eating anything but protein to

fill your pouch after you read it.

I can see how you can eat much more popcorn than anything else. Put a piece of

popped popcorn in a cup of water and see what it does. Popcorn after being

chewed and mixed with saliva melts away to almost nothing because it is so much

air. Because of that I can see how you can put more into a small space after

being chewed. No scientific facts to back that up, just observation.
