Guest guest
, I honestly don't believe there is such a thing as a window of opportunity. I know that it gets harder to loose the weight the farther out I get because I can eat more. I had gained 45 lbs and was scared to death I would never loose again. I have made some adjustments on my eating. I have started loosing again even if it is only one pound a month. I have recently started exercising more and hope that will help even more.
