OMG! I just read the advice to you to drink Gatorade and/or Pedialyte . . . *DO

NOT DO IT!* Either will make you dump, and will worsen your problem! What is

you food plan like right now? If you're on liuquids, only, you will have

diarrhea. Your bod cannot make solids out of liquids.

If you're eating solid food, you may have gotten something that made you dump.

Just because it isn't sweet, doesn't mean it won't make you dump. Fat can also

make us dump, as can many fiber supplements. I'm having a current battle with

dumping - too much fruit.

My best advice? Go back to protein foods and shakes, supplements (vites and

minerals), very low glycemic indes veggies only. Take a couple tablespoons of

flax seed meal (grind your own with coffee mill, or buy refrigerated from health

food store), mix with a couple tablespoons of boiling water. Season with

DaVinci SF syrup, or SPlenda, a dab of butter. Eat like cereal, before taking

your vites of protein shakes. Do this everyday for a couple of days, and it

will help with diarrhea.

Subject: New gal

Hi. I just had my Roux en Y May 26th and have lost over 40 pounds in

the last two weeks. I feel absolutely wonderful. I do have a

question though for anyone who may be able to help. Withtin the last

2 days I have started having diarrhea constantly. I have not been

able to eat anyhting or even drink water becasue it seems to go

right through. I have not had anything sugary or sweet, so I do not

tihnk it is dumping. Anyone have any ideas as to what may be casuing

this and if so what can I do to eleveate it? Thanks a lot.
