Guest guest
If you're a foodie like me, I think you'll enjoy this! It's not so far from the " orginal " recipe... (It would have made a great superbowl dip... darn, too late... there's always the Academy Awards tonight Puree in Blender: -1 1/2 Cups Frozen spinach, thawed -Hearts from 1 bag frozen artichokes (about 1/4 cup JUST hearts) -1 Cup Yogurt, strained (it's about 3/4 cup when done) Stir in: -2 cans crab (6 oz. each) -2/3 DCCC -3/4 Cup grated parmesan (*note this is an *occasional* legal cheese) -4 tsp. lemon juice -1 tsp. salt -1 tsp. pepper -1/2 tsp. garlic powder (Penzey's- or use fresh if you can tolerate) Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes. Grab a few friends and give them a separate bowl to eat with chips while you savor it with homemade cheese chips -Joanna
