The integrative medical doctor I see practices nutrigenomics and has taught me a lot about supplementation. He believes that even when we buy organic, the Vitamin B content is much lower in our fruits and veggies than it should be (or than it was 50 years ago when farming practices were better). Supplementing with B-100 can lower cholesterol, and impact your bloodcounts and monocyte counts.
