Guest guest
Debbie I have to admit I haven’t tried coconut butter, but I expect that my upper GI won’t tolerate it. Coconut oil has me vomiting within 10 minutes (and I rarely vomit even though I have chronic nausea). I haven’t seen coconut butter in my area, and haven’t looked for mail-order sources after my experiences so far. But I should probably give it a trial now that I can tolerate coconut on occasion and my upper GI is more stable; it sounds yummy. Fats are a major problem for my upper GI, so I tend to be super cautious and careful. Kim M. Very minute amounts make a huge difference for flavor. I have not used honey and have never used very much vanilla since I found this in December or around the holidays at Whole Foods. I also use lots of different spices, fresh and dried for flavor. Debbie houston cd
