Guest guest
, I, too, have had alot of problems with constipation. For a while I took a stool softener every day and it seemed to help for a little while, but I had to take it in greater quantities as time went by to get the same results. So, decided I didn't want to become dependent on some chemical to get relief. Not to long ago someone (bless you whoever you are) started a discussion on flaxseed. I started taking a large tablespoon each day in a 3 oz cup of yogurt. I am not sure if it was the flaxseed or the yogurt that has helped, but I'm not gonna stop either just to find out. It has been such a " relief " to get rid of that bloated feeling that comes from all the backed up waste. Not to mention the uneasy feeling of stretching I get in my upgraded, flat tummy from my tummy tuck when things won't move for more than a day or two! Best of luck to you! And as always " YMMV " !
