Hi , 8 years ago I had a breast lift, saline implants, inner and

outer thigh lift and TT. I had the all the procedures done at the

same time in an out patient facility. I went home same day. I do

not remember much of the first day, other than my breasts really

really hurt and it was difficult to breath. My sweet husband took

care of me. I slept on the couch and he slept on the floor right by

me. I had a difficult time speaking as it was hard to breath deeply

with the binders on me. The next morning we went back to my PS so he

could check me. It was very difficult moving around. The worst pain

was my boobs for the first couple of weeks, then my tummy really hurt-

could not stand up straight and I hated the binder! Then the staples

in my thighs drove me crazy, like sitting on a sticker bush. The

first week after my procedures, I stayed home on lots of pain meds.

By the second week I was going out in public for short periods of

time. By week 4 I was doing great and by week 7, I danced at my

daughter's wedding. Would I do it over the same way again, you bet!

It saved me a lot of money and I liked the fact that I went under the

knife only once so only one recovery. I was not working at the time

so did not have to worry about getting back to work. If I had to go

back to work, I would have wanted 4 to 6 weeks to recover. My pain

tolerance is very low so recovery is difficult for me.

I plan on having more work done in the future, I want a TT revision,

I want my tummy tighter and hopefully that will also pull up my

thighs. My thigh work was very disappointing, but my PS did tell me

I might be looking at 4 or 5 revisions to get the results I want-lots

of hanging skin, no fat and little tissue. I want an inner and outer

thigh revision, butt lift, maybe implants in my butt, my arms done,

face lift, forehead lift, eyes, upper and lower, fillers in my face

and maybe my teeth capped. Don't know if I will be able to do all

these things without going to Costa Rica or Brazil-I figure it would

cost me a fortune to have all this done here. But if I do decide to

do any or all I want as much done at the same time that I can safely

do. I figure I would do my lower body first and then my upper body

and then the face.

If you want to email me privately please do so and I will answer any

questions you may have, also I will provide you with my telephone

number if you want to call me and we can chat.

I wish you fantastic results and a painfree recovery!

Best regards,

EJ Reece

Hi ,

I had my plastic surgery on 6/16/03. I had 3 procedures; Breast

lift, tummy tuck, and inner/outer thigh lift. It was eight and a

half hours of surgery all at the same time! I only spent one night

in the hospital and I got wonderful nursing care! But oh the

pain.... I thank the Lord for pain pills without which I would have

gone crazy! The first couple of days I could barely walk and was

bent almost at a 90 degree angle. Amazingly, I had very little pain

with my breasts. On the other hand, the pain from the tummy tuck was

excruciating. I have an incision that runs the entire circumference

of my body so it was very hard to get comfortable! Each day I got

better but was still very tired and needed the pain pills. I went

back to work at 4 weeks out but had a very hard week (this was just

last week that I went back to work). Today, I feel like I crossed a

threshold. I'm walking normally and have just a small amount of

discomfort. Now it is the incisions from the inner/outer thigh lift

which are bothering me - they take longer to heal.

Can you tell me please how much this cost you? I need to start

socking away some money. Hubby just lost his job and COBRA will cost

$835/mo. I don't plan on having surgery until a year from now,and

it's a toss up as to whether insurance will even pay for the panni

part. I know the TT,arms and breasts are out of the question.

I'd sure appreciate your input so I can at least have a ballparkidea.

Thanks, Vicki A.

My entire fee for all procedures, hospital and doctor fees was

$23,000. Ouch that hurt but I feel it was worth every cent (all out

of pocket).
