Hey everyone. It's been 4 weeks since my surgery. I had my surgery

May 26th. I am officially down 50 pounds and I am feeling ecstatic.

I never thought I would ever be able to lose weight and cannot wait

for the rest to come off. I have not been at this weight since

before I had my first daughter 4 years ago. I didn;t know it would

feel this good to hit 50 pounds. I started at 339 and am not down to

289. Well just thought I would share my excitement. Thanks for all

the helpful advice it has gotten me through some tough times in the

last 4 weeks.

Jenn,

I am excited for you! This is the same excitement I had just a couple

of weeks ago when I broke the 100 lb. barrier. It is so great to see

the scale numbers fly by in the other direction. Make sure you

journal everything. It should be great to look back on when you're at

your goal and in that size 4. Live your life, with JOY.
