Guest guest
Try this for Soy Sauce 1/2 c red wine vinegar 1/4 c honey 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger 1/2 tsp fresh grated onion 1/2 tsp pepper 1 1/2 tsp salt 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 1/2 c water Combine all ingredients and simmer until reduced to about 3/4 cup. Strain to remove small pieces. Keep in refrigerator. From SCD Southern Sytle cookbook Be sure to start this early in the day because it will take a long time to reduce down. I don't know if anyone else has any ideas, but you may have to rely on a baked form of these - perhaps you can use the Souffle Bread recipe to experiment - and let us all know! I don't know of any real substitute for soy sauce,
