Mel,

It's kind of ironic, your trying to have more of a chin and I'm trying

to reduce mine!!!

Did you have to stay overnight in the hospital for lower only? My OS

said I would not have to stay overnight unless complications arose

during surgery. Do you or anyone else know if this is the case for

most people who get lower surgery only?

My doc kept me overnight in a post-anesthesia care area, and I was

glad to be there, as I was woozy and still on the morphine. I went

home the next day.

I had lower advancement only.

I sort of lost mine and then had grief over losing it although now I

realize my profile is much better!!

I was 3 nights, 4 days in the hospital. It would of been 2 nights, 3

days, but after my first surgery they took x-rays and discovered the

screw in my chin backing out and I had to go back in for a second

surgery.
