Ray, my Surgeon told me to watch carbs for the last couple days before

surgery because they can slow down the healing process. He said to eat as

much protein as I wanted. My last meal was Black Angus! Now I can't

imagine eating as much as I did then. It was a great last meal though. I

can't wait to hear from you when you get home and are up to checking in with

us. See you on the skinny side!

YAY!!!

No liquid diet here. Just nothing after 6 pm tomorrow. Hmmm, I

hope the sirloin steak and ground chuck I had yesterday doesn't

hurt. Corn on the cob today. :)
