Recipe: Tuna Salad with Pork Skins

I don't know why never thought to add these 2 things together before.

2 cans SCD legal tuna (no broth added)

3 - 4 TBS homemade mayo (or to taste)

3 - 4 TSP SCD legal mustard (or to taste)

1/2 cup shredded carrots

4 chopped boiled eggs

1/4 cup SCD legal black olives chopped

Salt/Pepper/Paprika/Cayenne to taste

Bag of pork skins (ingredients: Pork skin and salt only) *** this is a very

advanced food.

Mix all the tuna salad ingredients together. Let sit for an hour or so. You

might have to add more mayo after it sits to make it creamy again.

Serve with pork skins. WOW!!! so yum.

What brand of tuna do you buy? Everything I see at the supermarket has soy added in. It really is ridiculous most Americans think we need all these ingredients in our food.Does whole foods have a legal kind?
