Guest guest Posted March 19, 2010 Report Share Posted March 19, 2010 I don't know why never thought to add these 2 things together before. 2 cans SCD legal tuna (no broth added) 3 - 4 TBS homemade mayo (or to taste) 3 - 4 TSP SCD legal mustard (or to taste) 1/2 cup shredded carrots 4 chopped boiled eggs 1/4 cup SCD legal black olives chopped Salt/Pepper/Paprika/Cayenne to taste Bag of pork skins (ingredients: Pork skin and salt only) *** this is a very advanced food. Mix all the tuna salad ingredients together. Let sit for an hour or so. You might have to add more mayo after it sits to make it creamy again. Serve with pork skins. WOW!!! so yum.
