Heres an up date on my progress. Started phase 1 monday. Its now thursday and im down 7 lbs yiiiippeeeee. I dont feel deprived on this plan and the best part is I dont feel im on a diet. Its Just a food plan. Thank You Sue Bar for makeing me see the light about being complacent. Your post got me off my butt and doing something. Have a great day Im off to work now. For those of us not totally familiar with the South Beach Diet, can you give us a basic overview of what you're eating? I remember reading a little bit about it and thinking it sounded pretty healthy, but I don't remember the specifics.
