Good morning group

Its a glourious day in Vancouver wa.

For all those doing or conteplating trying the South Beach Diet.

Heres an up date on my progress. Started phase 1 monday. Its now

thursday and im down 7 lbs yiiiippeeeee. I dont feel deprived on

this plan and the best part is I dont feel im on a diet. Its

Just a food plan.

Thank You Sue Bar for makeing me see the light about being

complacent. Your post got me off my butt and doing something.

Debbie, that's awesome! For those of us not totally familiar with

the South Beach Diet, can you give us a basic overview of what you're

eating? I remember reading a little bit about it and thinking it

sounded pretty healthy, but I don't remember the specifics.
