That just seems like a very irresponsible way to go about things on

her part. I am sorry this happened to you .

You need to do what you feel is best for you. If having surgery is

what you think will help then do it. I know so many people who are

no longer on Insulin after having this surgery.

If you feel that you can control your diabetes in other ways then by

all means do that. Just do not let this one Dr.'s rather

unprofessional tactics discourage you or influence you.
