Guest guest
DO YOUR PROTEIN. It will satisfy your appetite and help you lose weight. Keep looking for a whey protein until you find one you like. If you don't get enough protein, you will always be hungrey. I don't know what kind of surgery you had or how much protein you should take, but it's pretty hard to get too much. It could be between 60 and 200 gms, in 30 gm doses. Also, you did not mention vitamins and mineral supplements: Iron, B12, calcium, A, E, B1, multivite. Guest guest
Ellen, Carbs leave me hungry, drinking with meals leaves me hungry. I get hungry in a couple of hours, so I eat 6 meals. Most of us do not lose to goal, but are very happy with being close.
