I used to take Glucosamine/Chondroitin/MSM, with good success. I now take

Syn-Flex, with an additional MSM supplement, with astounding success.

Syn-Flex has the Glucosamine, Chondroitin (listed in your product as " sea

cucumber " ), Omega-3 Fatty Acids (listed in your product as " EPA and DHA " ),

Boswellin and Vitamins C & E that are in your product, but it also contains

yucca (for what that's worth) and is less expensive. The biggest selling

point to me (other than the results I am getting) is that Syn-Flex is a

liquid, and your product is a capsule. Who knows how much of its ingredients

can be fully utilized by WLSers before it's passed through?

Gee, you'd think I had a stake in Syn-Flex! I don't. Wonder if it's listed

on the American Stock Exchange...
