Guest guest
I think it varies from person to person because as soon as I sit down--out I come. Some people may not do well. I have made a lotion and put on my feet but even that causes die-off. Debbie 40 cd
Guest guest
Holly, My doctor advised me regarding baths to sit for 30 minutes. Either baking soda (4 pounds of it) or epsom salt (2 cups). I did plenty of those. Just had to watch that I didn't have the water too hot or it made me feel nauseous and dizzy when I got out.
