Guest guest
Hi Cheri I totally empathize with you on the fruit. Unfortunately it is my enemy too. I was raised on very healthy food, and there was always fruit around. I can sometimes get away with one piece of fruit a day, but sometimes I can't even handle that. I have never been crazy about eating in the morning. I think having a shake in the morning instead of food is perfectly fine. I still struggle with even having a shake in the morning. I have been up for about 3 hours and still haven't had a shake. How much protein are you doing a day? What kind of surgery did you have? What about vitamins? As far as keeping up with postings, the easiest way is to receive individual E-mails. That way, you know you aren't missing anything, and they are much easier to read that way.
