You are correct in that by the time this is said and done with we

will be experts. Apparently my OD stated that my treatment phase is

past the o-rings and what he is trying to do now the wires twisted

between the teeth works the best. I am not complaining because at

least now I don't have to worry about staining the o-rings. I used

to look forward to my monthly appointments just to get those things

changed.

aaah then maybe the twisted wires get your teeth to move more

drastically...maybe. if so, i understand why my OD changed me back to

the o-rings, my teeth have been moving like crazy and according to

him i was ready for surgery over a month ago. i will actually put

this question to him when i next see him and see what he says and let

you know. Two weeks to go until my pre-op surgical work up - may 6th.

I'm actually excited and can't wait for the day. This is insane, I'm

actually looking forward to doctor visits now when all my life i have

dreaded them! The things this surgery is making us all go through,

lol! I'm glad this message board allows us to let some of that steam

off at least:-)
