I have used a couple different kinds of powder. One you can get over the

counter is & corn starch powder with medication. It is used to

treat diaper rash, but it works well for the sweat rash too. I also got a

prescription from my doctor for an anti-fungal powder. It works pretty well,

but I find my skin gets irriated if I use it all the time. I usually switch

between the baby powder and the prescription powder. I have also found that

using Lotrimin AF works great when the area gets all red, itchy and inflamed.

It is an athletes foot cream, but it works for any kind of fungal infection. I

was told by me pediatrician to use it for diaper rash and it works great for

that too. Besides, it is easier to get that than having to see a doctor every

time. I always seem to get the rash bad on a holiday or weekend and doctors are

not easy (or cheap) to reach during these times.

That's too funny!!!! Many years ago, I had a friend who went to a

surgeon to have an un-descended testicle removed - his surgeons name

was Dr. Trembly. We got a good laugh out of that but then just last

month I found out that a lady I work with is his (Dr. Trembly's)

daughter-in-law. He retired years ago. Anyway, a doc named Freddy

Kruger beats that story hands down, lol.
