Oh, they ARE, they ARE. ALL vegetable. No starch, heh heh heh. Complex carbs,

yet, just like whole wheat and whole grain cereals and all those other things

that are so good for us....................

Right brand, wrong product. The ones that we're talking about are the

bowls, which I don't see on their website.
