I just happen to be eating one as we speak and still have the box in front

of me. The only time the word " soy " appears in the ingredients is soybean

oil and there are no other proteins that I could see besides the meat in the

meal and " whey protein concentrate " . No nuts that I can see either.

There's a lot of sodium though, which I didn't notice until just now. The

one that I'm looking at is Chicken Toscana and it's delicious.
