Guest guest
I just happen to be eating one as we speak and still have the box in front of me. The only time the word " soy " appears in the ingredients is soybean oil and there are no other proteins that I could see besides the meat in the meal and " whey protein concentrate " . No nuts that I can see either. There's a lot of sodium though, which I didn't notice until just now. The one that I'm looking at is Chicken Toscana and it's delicious. ---------------------------------------- Terry Mayers 5DollarHosting.com http://www.5dollarhosting.com .... because it shouldn't cost a fortune to make a fortune!
