Guest guest
If I find that I am getting more gas, not painful, just noisy, is that a sign that I shouldn't be eating a certain food, or does my body just need to adjust? I was cooking all my fruits and veggies for a few weeks, and I reintroduced some raw apples. Actually, I'm not even sure it's them. I had some cooked kale and noticed more gas, and I had steamed broccoli, and now I have more gas. Is gas in itself a bad sign? Also, I do notice sometimes when I have more gas that I experience more frequency (which I know isn't a good sign.) Anyone else have this issue? The weird thing with me, which I guess can be good and bad, is that no matter how ulcerated my colon is, I don't get pain. So pain is not a good indicator for me on wether or not my body is tolerating something well. Amber
Guest guest
I'd also like to know about this? The past 2 weeks I have been belching wayyy more than usual and not so much with farting. My stools are slowly becoming more normal, but I know that feeling bloated and burping after every meal w/veggies isn't normal. __________________________________________________________________ CD SCD 5 months Lialda, Purinethol Freeda Vitamins, L.
