Guest guest
My surgeon, plastics guy, and exercise instructor ALL told me that I could exercise till the cows came home and it wouldn't do a THING for skin tone. Exercise will only effect the muscles as far as toning goes. Skin is dependent on a lot of things, hereditary, amount of years you spent as an obese person. When I had my plastics done the surgeon was really concerned because I had absolutely NO skin elasticity left. He said it was very thin. I asked if there was anything I could/have done to help........he said nothing than having been born with different skin!! P.
