Guest guest
If you are only eating 3 oz of food 3 times a day and are 19 months out, its obvious why you are hungry all the time. You are not eating enough food for this far out. Try eating 3 oz of food 6 times a day, like every 3 hours, and see if that helps the hunger. You can choose good protein foods, or some good complex carbs, like 1/2 a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread, or cheese and crackers for example. If you are honestly hungry, EAT. There is a difference between mindless eating when not hungry and normal hunger/food to sustain. As for not knowing when to stop losing weight, what do your friends and family say? I don't know how tall you are so 128 pounds at 5'3 or 5'4 sounds nice but I would say its too thin if you were 5 " 6 or taller. Sometimes our family and friends are better judges of what we look like since our brains take longer to catch up with the fact that we are no longer MO. By the way, congrats on the weight loss to date. Cindy lap RNY 2/08/02 > I am 128lbs, but I keep thinking if I lose 5 more lbs then I can > start maintaining.
