Thank you! I will be shopping for them soon! I don't care about sodium

that much; I only eat food a couple of times a day so I figure it

doesn't matter. I think the protein shakes are close to zero sodium so

I'm just not getting that much unless I snack on Doritos. :-)

Re: [] (no subject)

I just happen to be eating one as we speak and still have the box in

front of me. The only time the word " soy " appears in the ingredients is

soybean oil and there are no other proteins that I could see besides the

meat in the meal and " whey protein concentrate " . No nuts that I can see

either.

There's a lot of sodium though, which I didn't notice until just now.

The one that I'm looking at is Chicken Toscana and it's delicious.

I'm not too worried about the sodium content because I rarely eat the

pre-packaged convenience meals and I don't have a problem with BP or

anything. The only time I watch sodium is if I start retaining water, which

isn't often.

Doritos have sodium? Shoot, and all this time I was thinking they were

health food because they're made from corn, which is a vegetable. :)
