Blue Cross Blue Shield of MI- No preauthorization needed?

Hi everyone,

I am sceduled to have surgery at the end of this month, and Blue Cross

has told my oral surgeon (an in-network provider) that no

preauthorization was needed for my surgery codes, and to go ahead and

do the surgery. I want to go ahead and get it done, but I'm slightly

skeptical, especially with everything I've been through with the last

insurance co. Has anyone else been told this?
