Go for it. Do get the best lawyer you can find -- you want one who

specializes in such. This is stinky. Ask your surgeon if he knows an

experienced lawyer who's worked a lot in these realms -- although that

may really turn the surgeon off. Br prepared to pay through the kazoo

for the lawyer, too. Sorry.

I really do not want to spend my money EVER on any company that would

dare to tell me that i have no rights of appeal. That's obnoxious and

untenable on the face of it, to me. Suppose some clerk who'd only been

working there a week had pushed the wrong button!!!
