Yes, I so wish that I was able to stop myself from over eating every

time instead of just some of the time. I guess I should be happy

that it is not every single time I eat but that perfectionist in me

wants me to do it " right " 100% of the time. Too bad I have not

gotten compulsive about exercise....even non-compulsive exercise

would be great....I just can't seem to get started. My excuse right

now is that I am still recovering from my ps (done June 16). Sigh.
