Guest guest
Shauna It is kind of of funny knowing that you are the youngest in your exercise class. I take a water aerobics class and I , at 58 am the youngest in that class. I love it though. the women think I am clever and funny. they said they have something to look forward to. Go figure. Keep up the good work it really plays off. God Bless and give you strength. Jackie Re roll call Thanks Debbie, I am trying to keep the exercise going. I started slow last year and my insurance offered a fitness membership when I signed up. I started just doing two days of class with the old folks( yes I am the youngest in the class) and doing what I could but I am really trying to up it a bit now. I must admit I do feel better after working out. So I keep it up and now trying to up it some. Wish me luck so I don't injure anything else while I am working out. Shauna in Atl. Guest guest
Shauna and Jackie, Good for both of you. I am still having trouble not wrecking out on the stationary bike. But you both encourage me to keep trying. Greg aka Krumdawg > > Shauna > It is kind of of funny knowing that you are the youngest in your exercise class. Guest guest
Greg. thank you. I want to tell you it is worth trying and hard. what else can we do? Not give up. I know I will walk longer and better one day. I refuse to let this thing get the best of me. "I get knocked down, but I get up again, nothing gonna keep me down." one of my favorite songs. You keep going. Anytime you want encouragement let me know. I am here. God Bless You and Give You Strength. Jackie Re roll call> > > > > > Thanks Debbie, I am trying to keep the exercise going.
