Thanks Debbie, I am trying to keep the exercise going. I started slow last year and my insurance offered a fitness membership when I signed up. I started just doing two days of class with the old folks( yes I am the youngest in the class) and doing what I could but I am really trying to up it a bit now. I must admit I do feel better after working out. So I keep it up and now trying to up it some. Wish me luck so I don't injure anything else while I am working out.
