We are all different. One reason I am doing the protein fast is that I was

able to eat a 's 7 ounce chili and probably could eat more but don't. I

still can't eat more than a couple of ounces of steak or chicken. I eat about

six times a day.

Sherry,

I am not at goal but am about 2 years out. I currently eat 4 to

6 times a day. I am able to eat 6 to 10 ounces normally sometimes as

much as 12 ounces. One of the things I have noticed is that I have to

concentrate a whole lot more now on what I put in my mouth. That first

year it didn't seem to matter what I ate because I still lost weight.

After almost a year on a plateau/weight gain, I have finally started

loosing again. I had to cut back on calories. So I would think that to

maintain it would make sense to increase calories slightly. Just a

thought.
