Guest guest
It just goes to show you - misdiagnosis can happen in ANY direction! So often NS is misdiagnosed as MS... Perhaps it will be a blessing in disguise, ! I will keep you in my prayers! L & L, Jeri A New Diagnosis After 13 years of treatment for neurosarcoidosis I was informed today that my recent MRI of the brain shows Multiple Sclerosis. Feels like someone punched me in the stomach and that I am starting all over again. What a emotional and medical set back. But this to shall pass. Guest guest
Dear Ron, I am so sorry to hear your MS diagnosis. You do know that once we have an autoimmune disease that we are very likely to have more than one. Is this the case with you or do you have MS instead of Neurosarcoidosis?? Either way, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers and that we are all here for you. Please get another opinion so that you really know what is going on and have more options for treatment. Keep the faith -- I know yours is strong.......... Go to WEBMD and search for MS and also do lots of searches on the internet. You know you do need to know all of the info you can about this illness. Sending lots of hugs and love, ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) Darlene NS Co-Owner/Moderator A New Diagnosis After 13 years of treatment for neurosarcoidosis I was informed today that my recent MRI of the brain shows Multiple Sclerosis.Feels like someone punched me in the stomach and that I am starting all over again.
