Nathalie,

My orthodontist removed my entire bracket everytime he wanted to

refine or adjust and it was very sensitive when they popped the

bracket off and scraped the glue. At times painful. I always take

asprin or something before I go for adjustments (advised by my

ortho) . Maybe that's what they were referring to. It is brief

though and after they're off, you never have to feel it again

hopefully! I would compare it to when I had an epidural, I was so

ready for the relief I didn't feel the pain!
