Guest guest
I had bimaxillary surgery to correct an underbite almost 3 years ago and was wired shut for a little over 6 weeks. I actually added tofu to a lot of the foods I blended. You can't taste it, it has a lot of protein, and fills you up really quickly. Surprisingly, cream of spinach soup is great in a blender, so is tortilla soup. Most days, I would snack on mashed potatoes, pudding, and red pepper hummus (separately). I know it's easy to get desperate for real food, but some things that don't work so well in a blender are: mac and cheese (it's like eating paste), pizza and spaghetti-o's. Good luck with everything!! ~Audrey > > > > > > Hello! > > > > > > Am 6 days post-op, upper & lower & two wisdom teeth. I know it's > > > early days but i'm already getting fed up of the diet!
