If you don't like jerky, you might not like pork rinds. For crackers, I use

Woven Wheats from Whole Foods. The important thing about them is that all

they contain is " whole wheat " and salt. Don't be fooled by crackers that

just use brown-colored flour to look good. Actual whole wheat is still a

carb, but it's more complex and takes longer to break down and has some

fiber. They're like Triscuits, but I've never read the Triscuit label.

21 g carb

3 g protein

5 g fat

230 mg sodium

140 calories

Made from whole wheat, partially hydrogenated soybean oil and salt.
