Maybe you could hire someone locally to

help you with cooking? It might be less

stressful, if it is in your budget.

I was going to do that and I got quoted 50 dollars an hour! Consider the thought of hiring a personal chef to prepare meals for you.

Less expensive than eating out. Gives you the ability to stay on the

diet.
