Guest guest
I carried around a letter from my surgeon for years, to order child size portions. Then it wore out, I lost it, something... I rarely ever ordered off the child's menu...chicken fingers or corn dog with fries or spaghetti just doesn't appeal to my sense of fine dining. I order off the senior menu, however when available. Either I or my DH, who looks out for me, politely explains that I've had surgery and can't eat a normal meal. I've never been told that I can't eat from this menu, at the discounted price. If that option isn't available, my hubby will, if we are in a steak house type restaurant, simply order the larger portion meals, and an extra plate and split it with me, with an extra side of veggies. He usually winds up eating what I can't anyway. Jac Life is not a spectator sport. http://members.cox.net/xxxfarmpaints http://www.pictureitdigitaldesigns.com/ mailto:jholdaway@...
