I thought the sun festival was on the 33rd!! ?? Oh well...I have found I

don't tan here either...that's why we must overload on vitamin D....sun is

never direct even on Sun Festival day!

Ran across my photos of myself in the hospital after my WLS....and you are

sooo right...I was white as a ghost...sickly white. Amazing how cutting out

the food nourishment has made me healthier...LOL! I'm still pretty

pale....but a more robust health AND make-up does wonders.

Regards~

Oh where is Dan when ya really need him??????????????? All this

stuff about Cher and slinky females 'n stuff,,,,,,,,

Sorry, but I am still hung up on the " before " Carnie. Does that make me

some more kind of weirdo than I have already admitted to? Cher and all

those taunt faced old women who have had their faces so tucked that when

they do a toe wiggle their ears move in kind just do not do it for me. But

then again, I never claimed to be normal in any fashion, sexual attraction

included. Jac's description of " pulling too many G's " cracked me up. Just

my .03 on it, but there is a beauty beyond description in age, in all of

it's phases that more worthies than me have tried to describe. I will not

make any attempt to compete, Seems to me (especially since I am well

within the brackets) that doing it gracefully with aplomb is more appealing

than physical representation is the way to go. Sheeze,,,,,,,,,I am just

being an old goat here,,,,,,,,,but old goats cannot be but old goats!

Yes, you were not a healthy " fair " pre-op. No, not healthy anywhere.

NOW you are healthy, good color. Yes, fair, but not pale. BIG difference.

I am with Jac.. I am fair, but not nearly as pale as I have been in the past

couple years when I got deathly sick.. which I am very much putting effort in

to avoid again.. sigh.. Some days , I dont think any of the docs listen to

me.. and I know my body best.. sigh.
