Guest guest
Hi Beth, I am just over 6 months out and was on a plateau for about 3 weeks, then i got sick with strep(sp) throat, broke my plateau, but what I remember is I was eating yogurt, soup and soft foods for about 4 days...lost 6 pounds in those 4 days...i of course prefer not to eat like that because it wasn't very high in protein, but it was what i could handle for those four days. After that I cut out all carbs (except for one fruit a day), focused on protein and veggies. I have to have one piece of fruit(for the sake of regularity)...and when i say that i cut out carbs(i mean crakers)...i usually have a few crackers everyday at mid day...so far i have seen results...i think that i just needed to change up my menu a little...good luck! hannah 9/29/03 288/186/150 > All; I really need some help.
