Think of it as part of your medicine, if that's the only way. Some people prefer Boost to Ensure, too. Don't buy a lot of it, until you try it and see. Blended soup of almost any sort. Some folks have been partial to a mix of tomato and creamed corn, for example. Or tomato and green pea. C. > > > > > I am 11 days post op.
