B12 is non-toxic, so no worry there, we just pee out the extra. I

don't know about Folate. But, the Ferritin is pretty close to the

danger zone. Do you take iron? It could be from the blood loss and

trauma, but what were your past numbers? If they've been

consistently dropping, that's a big red flag.

IMHO, you should be concerned about the ferritin. Mine was 12.0 at year

four, and nothing was done. Now I'm in trouble at 5-7. It would have been

much easier to have just added " some " iron then, than the big doses I'm on

today. I see the hematologist today.
