I see a lot of talk of exercising and treadmills etc.. I want to share with you that I started going to Physical Therapy twice a week, and I see a greeter improvementover just doing the treadmill at home, which I also do, but not consistently. at first I could hardly walk out of the office, and had to take my cane in to get back out to my car, but now I don't take my cane in, he only works with me for about 20-30 mins depending on my walk, some days I am so sore when done, when I told him, he now stops just before I'm totally wore out. It's funny, but I've been asking my docs if they think PT would help, and they would say, maybe but probably not, so I didn't try it. Then when I was in getting a check up on my now new BP problems, a different doc then usual, he asked how the legs were doing, so I showed him, I walked across the room, and he asked what I was doing to keep

them going, I said Treadmillbut I can only do about 10 mins at a time on level 2, with a slight incline. And out of my mouth came, what do you think about PT, he said it's worth a try, never know. And I found out there was one right here in town, so I started. I'm glad I did, it's been good. so will see what the long term brings. Now I still can't walk too far, and not to much faster either, but some, and my balance is better. Hope all are having a good start to summer, it's been rainy and cold here, unlike CO. the clouds are hanging around just a little too much for me.Blessings to all, Marla
